Deliver stage
The Deliver stage tests the final concept and try to get feedback to improve the new service. This stage result in service that successfully address problems identified during the Discover stage.
To deliver the final solution you can use the following methods:
- Service Image to visualize the new service,
- Offering Map to describe in a synthetic way what the new service will offer and
- Experience Surveying to diagnose areas for improvement or innovation.
